Delivered on your premises or at one of over 300 national pharmacies or fitness facilities, including Superdrug and LivingWell Health & Leisure Clubs , giving you access to the UK’s most comprehensive health screening network
- Interactive risk management advice
Given at the end of each health screen on an individual basis, as well as providing health intervention strategies at an organisational level to assist you in focusing on the key health issues that could be affecting your organisation
- On-line health and lifestyle maintenance tools
Provided by roadtohealth and their retail partners these include on-line dietary sheets, menu cards and home exercise programmes to enhance and maintain the benefits of the health assessment
All of the roadtohealth programmes are web-enabled, thus enabling health information to be readily collated into a useful management report at the end of each screening session, irrespective of the screening venue.
2 INTERVENTION (Tier Two) - The INTAcare Clinical Support Model
If however, the unfortunate event arises where one of your employees or members is diagnosed with cancer, diabetes, CVD or CHD or has weight related problems, the INTAcare National Clinical Services Network is here to help.
Through our specially selected National Network of Partner Hospitals INTAcare provides clinical support services to Europe’s largest network of health screening facilities and the UK’s Independent and National Health Sectors
Our and advanced automatic clinical assessment and patient management systems ensure the best, fastest and most economical clinical support is offered to the patient throughout the whole of their care pathway.
The INTAcare Clinical Support Model provides a patient care continuum between the hospital, workplace, home and community.
